Regarding after-sales issues, we replace implants with contaminated parts at a rate of 2% according to the brand's after-sales policy. The following conditions are indispensable:
1. Implants need to be double-sealed in sterilization bags and sterilized at high temperature and pressure. The sterilization mark on the sterilization bag or sterilization indicator strip needs to change color.
2. The sterilization time and sterilization expiration date, as well as the specifications and model number, need to be printed on the back of the sterilization bag.
3. Provide CT images or panoramic images of patients who used this implant. A photocopy of the image.
4. The corresponding implant box and barcode are required.
